Michael
Hinkel, NCACII, LISAC, The Executive Director of the East Valley Substance Abuse Center Inc., has been providing quality care at all levels of treatment since
1985.
Mr. Hinkel is a member of the National Association of Alcohol
and Drug Abuse Counselors and the Arizona Association of Alcohol
and Drug Abuse Counselors.
East Valley Substance Center Inc.
provides alcohol and drug education and treatment groups as
required by Adult Probation and Parole Departments; Justice,
Municipal, and Superior Courts, as well as Alcohol Screening
Agencies, in conformance with licensing requirements and standards,
as set forth by the State of Arizona.
EVSAC's MVD
evaluations are performed by licensed counselors.
East Valley Substance Abuse Center Inc. is an Arizona State Licensed agency.
We provide
DUI screenings, treatment and education, MVD evaluations and
Outpatient alcohol/drug treatment.
